Les Roches Alumni Regional Vice President (RVP)
Position Overview:
This is a volunteer position.
As a Les Roches Alumni Regional Vice President (RVP), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and engagement of alumni within your designated region. You will work closely with the LRAA Committee, alumni ambassadors in your region and key stakeholders to execute our mission of building a vibrant alumni community.

Responsibilities:
- Recommend Ambassadors: Identify and recommend suitable ambassadors for your region, ensuring a diverse and engaged team to represent Les Roches Alumni Association.
- Strategic Leadership and Negotiations: Initiate and lead negotiations with General Managers (GMs), companies, and partners to secure benefits for alumni events, networking opportunities, and other initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations with ambassadors and other stakeholders and finalize agreements under your name and supervision.
- Event and Engagement Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for alumni events, engagement activities, and strategic actions during your term and for the entire year.
- Collaborate with LRAA Committee and AET to execute events that align with the goals of the Les Roches Alumni Association.
- Ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of negotiated partnerships and events to ensure they reflect the LRAA's mission and values.
- Ambassador Mentorship: Maintain active communication with ambassadors in your region, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Monthly Regional Ambassador Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with regional ambassadors to discuss progress, address challenges, and align strategies.
- Quarterly RVP Meetings with the LRAA Committee: Participate in quarterly meetings with all RVPs, the LRAA Committee, and the Alumni Engagement Team (AET) to share insights, best practices, and collaborate on global initiatives.
- Alumni Platform Activation: Actively contribute to the growth of the alumni platform by encouraging alumni registrations and contributing relevant content.
- Social Media Engagement: Share engaging content on social media platforms to increase traffic, followers, and support for Les Roches Alumni Association (e.g. alumni achievements, events, and other initiatives).
- Active Engagement and Motivation: Lead by example through active participation in alumni activities and events. Motivate alumni to stay connected, engaged, and supportive of Les Roches.
- Collaboration with Campuses: Collaborate with Les Roches campuses, Sommet Education, and alumni on various events, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Seek out alumni testimonials and success stories to showcase the impact of Les Roches education.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Les Roches alumnus/alumna.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to plan and/or execute events.
- Enthusiasm for building and nurturing a vibrant alumni community.
- Time management and delegation skills.
- Social media proficiency is an added advantage.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for "Les Roches Way of Life" mission.
